Question 1
The refrigerator is not getting cold enough.


1.1 Make certain that the door is closing properly.
1.2 Check for required air ventilation as indicated in the user manual.
1.3 Make certain that the thermostat has been set at a low enough setting.
1.4 Make certain that the correct size wiring (14 GA) has been used in the installation.
1.5 You may have loaded the refrigerator with too much warm product. Please refer to the user manual for loading procedures.


Question 2
The refrigerator is not getting cold at all (Digital screen is displaying).


2.1 Make certain the refrigerator is connected to an appropriate power source.
2.2 Make certain the refrigerator is not more than 6° off level.
2.3 If the back of the cooling unit (silver insulation) is warm, and the refrigerator is not cooling at all, the cooling unit has blocked and must be removed A.S.A.P. to avoid possible damage to the cooling unit.


Question 3
The thermostat is showing (BA) on the LED display.


3.1 SAFETY FEATURE SLEEP MODE.
3.2 The voltage of the power supply is insufficient.
3.3 The voltage has gone down below the minimum 11 volt required by the system. The refrigerator will start on it's own once the voltage returns above 11.5 volts.


Question 4
The refrigerator keeps turning itself off.


4.1 You do not have sufficient voltage.
4.2 You may have a bad connection.


Question 5
What do I do if the cooling unit leaks it's solution?


5.1 Ventilate affected area until smell dissipates.
5.2 Remove the refrigerator from it's location.
5.3 Contact manufacturer at 1-877-426-3646 (toll free).


Question 6
How do I set the temperature on the thermostat?


6.1 Push the set button (up button) once, and the thermostat will show its present setting. The adjust (top LED) will light up. Now press UP or DOWN to set temperature as desired. After a few seconds, the refrigerator resumes its normal operation.
6.2 When the power LED is on, it indicates that the refrigerator cooling unit is "on" (cooling). When this LED is "off", it means the refrigerator has reached the set temperature, and the cooling unit is "off".

Question 7
How do I change the thermostat from °C to °F?


7.1 Press the up & down buttons together and hold for 10 seconds until the letter of the scale changes to °C for Centigrade or to °F for Fahrenheit.


Question 8
I'm parking the truck for the weekend, what do I do to turn off the refrigerator?


8.1 Press the on/off button, and hold it for 5 seconds, until the side bar lights up, then release. The refrigerator is now in a sleep mode, as indicated by the horizontal bars lighting up. To re-start, just press the on-off button again for 5 seconds.


Question 9
The digital thermostat is not displaying anything.


9.1 (The refrigerator is not working) The refrigerator is not connected to any power source.
9.2 (The refrigerator is working) The digital thermostat is defective and must be replaced or the power supply is defective and must be replaced.
